About Us
Organised By Charli (OBC) is a fast-growing Australian stationery brand. From diaries to wedding planners to journals, OBC has become a cult favourite for women who love beautiful design and intentional living.

Alongside the brand, Charli’s personal social media channels have built a strong community centred around motherhood, lifestyle and entrepreneurship, with daily behind-the-scenes content from the OBC warehouse, home life, and everything in between.

We’re looking for a creative, fun, organised, and social-media-obsessed assistant to join the team and work directly alongside Charli for both social media accounts. We are initially looking for a part time employee which will then grow into a full time role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with content creation - filming and editing multiple pieces of content daily
  • Brainstorming and planning content ideas
  • Helping manage all social media accounts
  • Scheduling posts, writing captions, and engaging with the community
  • Organising and planning content days, shoots, and collaborations
  • Assisting Charli in the warehouse, shoots, events, trips and on-the-go filming
  • Helping bring new creative ideas to life across social and marketing campaigns

  • Skilled in TikTok, Reels, and short-form video trends
  • Detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects at once
  • Extremely organised and punctual
  • Confidence to bring forward ideas
  • Naturally creative, self-motivated and love thinking outside the box
  • Someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, creative small business environment

Requirements:

  • Proficient video editing skills (CapCut, InShot and editing YouTube videos)
  • Proficient in editing images (Canva, ect)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends/algorithm
  • Have a strong marketing mindset
  • Car + drivers license
  • Availability 3–5 days a week (hours and days are flexible for the right fit)
