Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed & dispatched. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase. Especially for the UK and Europe.
Pre-order Items
If you order more than one item, and any one of those items is pre order, all items will be shipped together once the pre order item is available. If you wish to receive other items straight away that are not on pre order please place two seperate orders.
Return Policy
We offer a store credit for change of mind on all orders if the item is unused and still in its original packaging. Please note, all return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer.
Return Procedure
Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.
1: Contact hello@organisedbycharli.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number and product you would like to return. Please check that your order is eligible - via our Returns Policy above.
2: Once you have emailed and if eligible, you will receive the return address. Please lodge your return in the post within 3 business days of receiving the return details. We highly recommend selecting tracking with your return.
3: Please note that all shipping costs are not covered by us, and will not be included in your store credit.
4: Once received, we will review the return and if eligible, you will be provided with a store credit.
Please note: Returns outside our returns period cannot be processed. Our returns period is 30 days during the Christmas period.
