We offer both Standard and Express Shipping with Australia Post. We offer fast shipping however during busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 AUD.

International

We offer a range of shipping options and pricing for international orders. 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for covering any applicable charges. We recommend familiarising yourself with these costs prior to placing your order, as they are not included in the purchase price.

Free Returns & Exchanges with Checkout+

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders with Checkout+ through Redo when you pay $2.98AUD with your original order. If you don't place an order with Checkout+, you will be required to pay for return fees. You can read more about Redo's Terms of Service here. Please note, our Redo package protection does not cover reshipment if your item is Returned To Sender. In this case, the customer will be charged a RTS fee + the reshipment fee.
