Orders & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime via the Track Your Order link on our website.

  • We process orders quickly, so please Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll always do our best, but we can't guarantee amendments once an order has been processed.

  • Yes, gift notes can be added to your order. At checkout, simply add your personalised message in the gift note field and we'll include it with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Monday to Friday from our Sydney warehouse. Most Australian orders arrive within 1–3 business days once dispatched.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international delivery can take up to 14 business days, and any customs, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $120.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges and store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Policy page for full details.

  • We don't offer refunds for change of mind, however we're happy to arrange an exchange or store credit where eligible.

Restocks & Waitlists

  • It depends on the product. Our diary collections are a once-a-year drop and sell out fast. Once they're gone, they're gone until the following year. For other products, restocks may occur, so keep an eye on our website or join our community to stay in the loop.

  • You can Join the 2027 Waitlist directly on our website to be the first to know when the next drop is announced. We recommend getting on the list early because they sell out every year.
