Returns Policy

• Must lodge returns within 7 days of delivery
• Returns require original packaging and unused condition or you will be charged
• Customer pays all return shipping costs if they have not paid for the cover
• Store credits or exchanges offered
• No refunds unless item has approved to be faulty
• 30-day return window during Christmas period
  

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders with Checkout+ through Redo when you pay $2.98AUD with your original order. If you don't place an order with Checkout+, you will be required to pay for return fees. You can read more about Redo's Terms of Service here.

Pre-order Items

If you order more than one item, and any one of those items is pre order, all items will be shipped together once the pre order item is available. If you wish to receive other items straight away that are not on pre order please place two seperate orders.
